About us

Units in step, each covering the next.

Echelon Right is a Florida nonprofit founded by former Army officers with multiple combat tours between them. We took what we learned from careers in service and pointed it at coaching, mentorship and getting people outdoors.

We work as an umbrella. Each program is led by one board member who owns its mission, raises its own funds and answers for every dollar. The organization handles the books, the compliance and the back office so program leads can spend their time on the people they serve.

Lead from the frontEvery program has one named lead you can reach.
Account for every dollarSeparate funds per program, two signatures on every reimbursement.
A pursuit after serviceTeams and trips that give people something to work toward.
